This is How Our Order System Works:

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. You do not need to create an account to pay for your order. Simply select the “checkout as guest” option and complete your transaction. All credit card payments are protected and guaranteed by This is the most secure way of shopping online. Your credit card numbers remain anonymous and there are no means to obtain this number. All payments charged to your credit card will be posted as “W-Precision” on your billing statement.


Attention customers using PayPal: as of September of 2019 PayPal no longer refunds transaction fees, the payment transaction fee will be deducted from your total refund.


Due to the nature of our business we implement a very strict payment processing method. Your name on the card, shipping address, billing address, and security code must match or else the card will be declined. No exceptions.



Note: It is possible to ship your order to a different address by contacting the bank and asking them to enter an alternate address into the system. After the new address is added to the card, the order placed on our website can be sent to the alternate address.



Custom orders


Please give us a call at (888)834-3063 if you are placing a custom order—we will need to process your card manually. Be ready to provide us with your full name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. We can only ship your order to the billing address associated with the credit card.



International Customers:


Most international cards will automatically be declined because most international credit card remitters do not support US credit card fraud prevention program. Unfortunately, this is not a feature that can be fixed within our website or payment system. Therefore, if you are placing an order with a card that is has not been issued in the US, we suggest using PayPal as your payment method. 


Note: Inputting your credit card number several times using different names and addresses will not bypass these security features. Your card will become locked and you will need to contact your back to unlock it.

At, we understand that you want your order to arrive as soon as possible. That’s why we expedite every order—large and small.

New orders are processed until 1:00PM each day (PST – Pacific Standard Time). Orders submitted after 1:00PM are processed on the next business day.

All Rolex dials and bezels are shipped in specially designed plastic containers and are insured by a third party insurance company. All UPS packages shipped to residential addresses require a signature upon receipt. In event you miss your package, please call 1-800-PICKUPS for delivery arrangement. UPS will not change your delivery address prior to physical delivery.


What is the total delivery time for your order?

The total delivery time is the period of time between when you place your order until the time it is delivered to you. There are two parts to the total delivery time: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time – the time between order submission and when the item is sent for shipment from our facility.

Shipping time – the time between when the item leaves our facility to when it arrives on your doorstep. For domestic orders, shipping time is generally no more than two business days. Shipping time for international orders is generally no more than 15 business days.
