New orders are processed until 1:00 PM each day (PST – Pacific Standard Time). Orders submitted after 1:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

All Rolex dials and bezels are shipped in specially designed plastic containers and are insured by a third-party insurance company. All UPS packages shipped to residential addresses require a signature upon receipt. In the event you miss your package, please call 1-800-PICKUPS for delivery arrangements. UPS will not change your delivery address before physical delivery.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR ORDER?
The total delivery time is the period of time between when you place your order until the time it is delivered to you. There are two parts to the total delivery time: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time – the time between order submission and when the item is sent for shipment from our facility.
​
Shipping time – the time between when the item leaves our facility to when it arrives on your doorstep. For domestic orders, shipping time is generally no more than two business days. Shipping time for international orders is generally no more than 15 business days.
